What We Do

At Flight 100 Foundation, we offer a range of core services designed to uplift and empower our youth, fostering a future filled with promise and opportunity:

Youth Mentoring: Our mentoring programs are at the heart of what we do. We pair young individuals with dedicated mentors who serve as guides and role models. Through these meaningful connections, we help young people build self-confidence, develop crucial life skills, and navigate the journey to adulthood with resilience.

Violence Prevention Programs: Flight 100 Foundation is different. We recognize that in a world where youth often feel unseen, unheard and overlooked, it's essential to offer real solutions. Our violence prevention programs aim to create a safe and nurturing community where young voices are not only heard but cherished. We provide a platform for youth to express themselves, find their unique strengths, and discover their potential to be peacemakers and leaders.

In-School Youth Mentoring Program: We understand the challenges that today's youth face within the educational system. Our in-school mentoring program ensures that students have a support system within their schools. We are there to listen, guide, and inspire students to excel academically and socially, fostering an environment where they feel valued and empowered.

The Hangar: Once a month, in Saint Louis, Missouri, we host our signature program, "The Hangar." This program was born out of a deep desire to make a difference in the lives of young men. Our founder, Travis Thi’sl Tyler, envisioned a program that would help develop young men into confident, responsible leaders of today and tomorrow. "The Hangar" is where we offer inspiration and encouragement, teaching our youth to rise above adversity, increase their self-confidence, and find their true purpose. In "The Hangar," we inspire young minds to take flight in life, just as an airplane soars in the sky. Through workshops, activities, and speakers, we instill in them the belief that they can rise above any challenge and achieve their dreams. "The Hangar" is where they find their wings and learn to navigate life's journey with determination and courage.
